Hi! We are Women on Psychedelics (WOOP)

Women On Psychedelics (WOOP) is a growing global community of female psychedelic enthusiasts and professionals that believe in the transformative potential of psychedelics. We work towards the normalization of these substances and the end of the stigmatization around women’s mental health and women’s drug use. We hope to connect women* through creative, social, and political educational content and activities that work to create a positive change on the ways psychedelics are viewed/perceived by the general public.

We are gladly open to contributions from men, as well as members of the LGBTQIA+ community, who share our values and support of our mission/vision.

Our Values

We recognize that an individual experience of oneness differs from a moral education or action.

We want to mobilize inner healing towards outer action. By working collectively while respecting the journey of each individual, we have greater power to create a new world.

We practice Nonviolent Communication (NVC), a communication framework focusing on three aspects of communication – empathy, self-empathy, and honest self-expression.

Our Vision

We envision a world where psychedelic substances are no longer seen as dangerous drugs but as tools for self-improvement, healing and connection.

We envision a world where people are free to make choices around their consumption and that psychedelic consuming mothers and parents don’t have fear of losing their children.

We envision a world where there is a thriving, supportive community for all psychedelics loving women to know one another.

Our Mission

Our mission is to advocate for women’s rights and choices while bringing them to work together towards the end of the stigmatization around women and drugs and the normalization of the use of psychedelics for its therapeutical potential and healing capacities.

*Women On Psychedelics does NOT promote, encourage, or condone any type of illegal activities and is completely based on voluntary participation.
